I am so heartbroken. I lost my sister may 3 of this year. I cant function, I can’t sleep , my brain is in overdrive. I’m in sobriety and I’m on the verge of a relapse. I just don’t know what to do. People who haven’t dealt with suicide just don’t understand it’s a different type of grieving I feel . It’s so intense and I just want 10 minutes with her to change her mind. My one and only sibling is gone and a piece of me died with her
